Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Must be currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institution. Available for a full-time, on-site internship for a duration of 3 months. Proficient in English (verbal and written communication). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred. Good email etiquette and promptness in responding to queries. Prior exposure to data handling or admin tasks is an added advantage. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Noida (Uttar Pradesh).

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Handle employee queries through the helpdesk ticketing system. Coordinate travel bookings and ensure documentation for audit compliance. Write professional emails and communicate effectively with internal teams. Collaborate within teams for smooth execution of tasks. Perform manual fare calculations when needed. Maintain accurate data records and assist in data management. Ensure timely resolution of queries and follow standard TATs. Support the admin team in day-to-day operational functions.
