The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) invites applications from eligible Indian nationals for its Apprenticeship Program 2025 under the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended). This one-year apprenticeship offers a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in various departments at IIM Lucknow. A monthly stipend of 9,000 is provided to selected apprentices.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must be an Indian citizen. The minimum age requirement is 18 years as of the last date of application submission. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category are eligible for an age relaxation of up to 5 years, while OBC candidates are eligible for a relaxation of up to 3 years, as per Government of India guidelines. For the post of Apprentice (Accounts), the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. For the post of Apprentice (Civil), the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. For the post of Apprentice (Electrical), the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. For the post of Apprentice (Mechanical), the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. For the post of Apprentice (General), the candidate must be a graduate in any discipline. For the post of Apprentice (Horticulture), the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Horticulture. The applicant must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree examination. The degree must have been completed within a maximum period of 3 years from the last date of application submission. Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any government or private organization are not eligible to apply. Note: This apprenticeship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh).
