The Apprentice – India CFRO role at American Express is designed to support the company’s customer financial operations by managing overdue accounts and ensuring effective recovery of outstanding balances. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree. There must not be more than five years of gap between the completion date of the highest educational qualification and the joining date. Candidates must not have previously enrolled in any Government Apprenticeship program. Applicants should demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy. Candidates must possess good communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges is required. Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Applicants should be comfortable working in a team environment and interacting fluently with card members or clients. Note: This apprenticeship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Gurgaon.
