WeWork India is looking for a Community Intern to join their team in Delhi NCR. WeWork is a global leader in flexible workspace solutions, providing over 62,000 members with creative spaces to work, collaborate, and grow. As part of the Community Team, the intern will play a central role in supporting operations, enhancing member experience, and driving community engagement across WeWork’s locations. The Community Intern will be responsible for building relationships, assisting with events, supporting operational functions, and ensuring the overall smooth running of WeWork’s services. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in hospitality, operations, and business development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: College graduate (preferred, but not required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Passion for entrepreneurial communities and collaborative work environments. Understanding of WeWork’s mission and core values. Proficient in basic computer skills. Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore (Karnataka) & Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Community Engagement: Create a welcoming environment and build relationships among members through events and initiatives. Operational Support: Ensure the building is operational, assisting with move-ins/outs, and managing daily processes. Member Relations: Serve as the first and last point of contact for members, assist with check-ins/outs, and resolve issues. Event and Community Management: Assist with event setup, breakdown, and communications (newsletters, posters, event reports). Business Development: Drive growth and promote WeWork’s service offerings to potential members and clients. Administrative Tasks: Handle mail and packages, manage member ticketing, and place orders for location management.
