As a Customer Experience Intern at Atlys (Delhi office), you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers who have questions before completing their visa applications. Your role will involve answering inbound queries, clarifying requirements, and ensuring users feel confident enough to proceed. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer success, growth operations, and real-world problem-solving in a high-velocity startup.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Currently in the third year of college or a recent graduate. Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to learn visa regulations quickly and explain them clearly. Strong patience, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset. Organized and detail-oriented in handling documentation and follow-ups. Based in Delhi or able to commute daily to the Delhi office. Available to join immediately for a 3–6 month full-time internship. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Delhi.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Engage promptly with prospective customers and provide clear, helpful responses. Educate users about visa requirements, timelines, fees, and documents. Identify hesitation points and relay insights to product, operations, and marketing teams. Maintain accurate interaction logs and tag frequent queries for analytics and FAQs. Collaborate with senior CX managers to refine response templates and playbooks. Measure and report on key performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, conversion rate).
