Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Manage premium support contracts, transfer data between systems, and dispatch PDF files to end users. Prepare reports to support customer support operations. Take meeting notes and actively participate in team discussions. Deliver technical support on Kaspersky products to B2B customers by following established guidelines. Respond promptly to calls, emails, and web cases from customers and partners. Assist in maintaining internal documentation and knowledge bases.
