Responsibilities
Interns will: Clean, organize, and maintain large datasets with accuracy. Build dashboards and analytical reports for admissions and funnel metrics. Analyze candidate and admissions data to improve quality and operational efficiency. Support technical and behavioral interview evaluations using structured rubrics. Provide data-driven feedback to the admissions team. Assist in creating technical content and interview preparation material. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies. Track and report performance metrics with key insights and trends.
