The Summer Internship 2025 at the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) is a prestigious two-month program designed for students with strong academic backgrounds in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, or Law. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must hold a graduation degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, or Law with at least 60% marks. Students from National Schools of Law, Central Universities, AICTE-recognized Financial/Economic Institutions, Recognized National Management Institutes, or Foreign Universities are eligible. Preference will be given to students pursuing or having completed post-graduation in relevant fields. The internship is open only to Indian nationals residing in India or studying abroad. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in "New Delhi".

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Work under the direct supervision of heads of divisions at DGFT. Conduct research and provide analytical insights on trade policies and economic matters. Assist in preparing policy briefs, reports, and presentations. Collaborate with teams to contribute academic knowledge to practical trade facilitation efforts. Submit a final report or research paper upon completion of the internship, subject to evaluation by the respective division.
