Assist in process mapping and reviewing HR initiatives related to Emerging Talent.

Manage day-to-day operations within the Emerging Talent function, including tracking and updating program progress.

Act as a liaison for virtual and physical events such as campus programs, job fairs, and employer branding events.

Support execution of digital employer branding campaigns to enhance Infineon’s visibility as an employer of choice.

Participate in local and regional project coordination, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up activities.

Collaborate with diverse cross-cultural teams, contributing to HR projects and engagement activities.
