Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme as a penultimate or final-year student. The applicant should have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above. A minimum internship commitment of 4 months is required. The applicant must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required, as the intern will support the China portfolio. The applicant should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. The applicant should possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Support finance reporting and analysis tasks within Shell Business Operations. Assist in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with finance teams on real business projects that have direct operational impact. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Work with cross-functional teams to support finance operations across different regions, particularly the China portfolio. Apply academic knowledge of finance and accounting in real-world scenarios. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity in handling financial data.
