Heart It Out is a mental healthcare initiative focused on making quality mental health services accessible across India through therapy, products, and events. As a First Responder Intern, you will act as the first point of contact for individuals reaching out for support, ensuring compassionate, professional, and timely communication. This six-month internship offers hands-on exposure to client communication, appointment coordination, and operational support within a mental health organization.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in the mental healthcare space. They must possess excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills. Applicants should be empathetic, non-judgmental, and professional in their approach. The ability to take initiative, handle responsibilities independently, and maintain attention to detail is essential. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Responsibilities
Interns will: Serve as the first point of contact for individuals reaching out via phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Provide a kind, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for individuals seeking mental health support. Manage session bookings, rescheduling, refunds, and sharing session links. Follow up on payments, track offline appointments, and update invoices. Respond to queries related to therapists, session details, and services offered. Track all inbound and outbound communications systematically. Coordinate and delegate queries to respective departments when required. Follow up on cart abandonments and client communications to ensure smooth service delivery.
