The Google Project Management Apprenticeship (March 2026 intake) is a 24-month learning and development program designed for individuals looking to build a career in Project Management. Apprentices will join Google offices in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, or Mumbai in a hybrid full-time role (40 hours/week). The program provides a unique combination of on-the-job training with Google teams and external structured learning to develop critical project management skills. Apprentices will spend 20% of their time in classroom training and the remaining time gaining practical work experience. This apprenticeship empowers participants with skills in communication, project execution, change management, risk handling, and data-driven decision making.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must not have been enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs. Must have an Aadhaar number linked to an active mobile number and a personal email ID (mandatory for verification). Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 1 year of experience in a Project Management role after graduation. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Chrome, etc.) or similar applications. Must be able to communicate fluently in English. Commitment to completing the 24-month hybrid program at a designated Google office. Note: This apprenticeship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Haryana, Mumbai.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Develop core project management skills, including communication, change, and risk management. Learn to use tools and techniques for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making. Coordinate internal resources for project execution and maintain documentation. Provide regular updates and support to stakeholders through reports and communications. Build teamwork and collaboration skills by working with peers, leaders, and cross-functional teams. Understand project scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes, and ensure proper documentation.
