Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Must be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Candidates residing in or near Andheri, Mumbai, will be preferred. Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and candidates. Must have excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Should demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information. Must exhibit a proactive attitude with enthusiasm to learn and contribute to the HR function. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Mumbai.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork and orientation materials are in order. Assisting with employee engagement activities, workshops, and HR events. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with new hire details. Coordinating and organizing meetings and HR-related events. Handling confidential HR documents with discretion and professionalism. Assisting the HR department with special projects and administrative support as needed.
