Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities
Interns will: Understand the hiring requirements of managers and create/update job descriptions. Advertise job openings on company websites, social media, and job boards. Source candidates from online channels and databases. Craft recruitment emails to engage passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and applications. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews. Schedule interviews in coordination with candidates and hiring managers. Update internal HR databases with new employee information. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Assist with joining formalities and onboarding processes.
