Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Candidates must hold or be pursuing a degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or Computer Science. 1–2 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics is preferred. Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Working knowledge of R/Python or VBA is an advantage. Familiarity with pharma or healthcare datasets is beneficial but not mandatory. Must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills with a keen attention to detail. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Deliver timely and accurate data reporting and visualization solutions. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor sales, growth, and market performance. Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy. Support self-service reporting and analytics automation initiatives. Provide descriptive analytics and insights for marketing and performance measurement. Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to deliver actionable business outcomes. Participate in all project stages—planning, execution, and stakeholder presentations.
