Arete Incident Response is hiring an Intern – Intake Engagement Operations to support its Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is crucial in ensuring operational continuity during after-hours Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) requests. The intern will oversee the Arete911 and Arete Contracts inboxes, facilitate client scoping calls, and manage project intake and activation in Kantata. Working closely with DFIR leadership and legal teams, you will assist in contract management, project auditing, and compliance processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to the cybersecurity industry, incident response operations, and client engagement management.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree. Project Management certification (PMP or similar) is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams is required. Familiarity with Kantata project management software or CRM systems is an advantage. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Hyderabad.
