Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Candidates must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Applicants should have foundational knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, with CCNA certification preferred. A basic understanding of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems, as well as experience or coursework in asset management, is desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are essential. Candidates must possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Note: This apprenticeship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Delhi & Pune.

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Provide first-line support for hardware and software-related issues and assist in resolving user queries. Support the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices and help monitor and maintain network operations. Assist with network security measures and contribute to maintaining a secure IT infrastructure. Help manage the inventory of IT assets, document asset processes, and support procurement and lifecycle management. Participate in training sessions and IT projects to enhance technical knowledge and gain practical experience.
