Conduct regular Cafe LENS and hygiene inspections, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Monitor daily operations, address issues promptly, and report incidents to the reporting manager.

Gather employee and client feedback from cafeterias and implement necessary improvements.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company operational standards (OSP).

Maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) records, ensuring waste disposal and temperature control compliance.

Monitor equipment functionality and report downtime or maintenance needs.

Foster a positive and efficient work culture, ensuring quality service delivery across all operations.
