TravClan is a B2B travel company that works closely with travel agents to help them grow their businesses by offering flights, hotels, and holiday packages. The Operations Intern role focuses on handling bookings and managing end-to-end travel operations to ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and travel agents. Interns will work directly with suppliers to secure timely confirmations, share vouchers, manage payments, and resolve customer or vendor escalations. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-responsibility environments and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position is work-from-office, six days a week, and requires strong ownership, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage tight timelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be comfortable working from the office on a full-time basis. Applicants must be willing to work six days a week, including Saturdays. Applicants must be comfortable with long working hours (approximately 10–12 hours daily). Applicants must possess strong communication skills and be confident in speaking with clients over calls. Applicants must demonstrate high ownership and accountability in completing assigned tasks. Applicants must have good negotiation skills or be willing to develop them. Applicants must be comfortable handling customer queries, feedback, and escalations. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bengalore.
