The Operations Intern role is a high-impact position focused on managing end-to-end booking operations across flights, hotels, and holiday packages while ensuring superior customer experience. Based in Connaught Place, Delhi, this internship offers direct exposure to founders, real business operations, and fast-track career growth in a high-performance startup environment. The internship includes a structured stipend plan, a completion certificate, and the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a full-time CTC ranging from 5.4–7.5 LPA.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The candidate must be customer-centric and comfortable interacting with clients over calls. The applicant should demonstrate strong ownership and responsibility toward work completion. The candidate must possess good supplier negotiation skills. The applicant should be disciplined, goal-driven, and able to perform under tight timelines and targets. The candidate must be comfortable working 10–12 hours daily in a 6-day work week setup. The role is not suitable for candidates who are uncomfortable with high-pressure startup environments or extended working hours. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Delhi.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Handle all booking and business operations-related tasks. Coordinate with suppliers for timely confirmations, vouchers, and post-booking operations. Ensure timely payments to suppliers and successful service delivery to customers. Manage customer and vendor feedback, complaints, and escalations efficiently. Ensure complete customer satisfaction and service quality. Complete agent KYC processes accurately and on time. Support overall GMV growth through operational efficiency.
