As a Product Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling product-related issues, ensuring seamless onboarding, and enabling maximum utilization of the platform. The role provides hands-on exposure to SaaS products, CRM systems, customer success operations, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Candidates should be pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Must have a strong understanding of web applications, APIs, and databases. Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with fluency in English. Must have a customer-first attitude, able to remain patient and professional under pressure. Prior internship, technical support, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore.
