Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Candidates must be currently enrolled as at least a 4th-year undergraduate student. Candidates should be available to work full-time for one year at the Songdo plant. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are preferred. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India.

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Assist in gathering and organizing data related to lean manufacturing activities at the Songdo plant. Perform simple analysis for lean and production efficiency improvements. Support ongoing lean projects and sustainability initiatives at the plant. Contribute to parts of Henkel’s digitalization projects. Help with the recruitment process for shopfloor employees across production sites. Execute various administrative tasks as needed by the team.
