The Intern – Purchase Operations 2026 is a full-time, 12-month internship program offered by Rolls-Royce, a global leader in power and propulsion technologies. Based in Bangalore, this internship is part of Rolls-Royce’s Emerging Talent Programme, designed to provide hands-on industry exposure and practical learning in procurement and supply chain operations. The internship focuses on applying theoretical knowledge of the procurement lifecycle into real-world business operations. Interns will gain experience in supply chain management, indirect procurement, invoice clearance, vendor onboarding, and stakeholder coordination, while working closely with strategic buyers and cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate students. Educational background in Commerce, Management, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. Strong interest in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Procurement Operations. Basic knowledge of procurement processes (Indirect Procurement is an advantage). Familiarity with ERP or Procurement tools is preferred. Knowledge of Coupa procurement tool is an added advantage. Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced corporate environment. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bengalore.

Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for: Working on a ticket-based system to support Strategic Buyers. Creating and updating Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), RFQ/RFI, and related documents. Following up with requesters to resolve procurement issues. Creating RFX sourcing events and coordinating bid follow-ups. Performing invoice clearance and resolving invoice-related queries. Supporting vendor onboarding and NDA creation processes.
