Jacobs is inviting applications for the position of Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern at its Gurgaon office. This hybrid internship offers students the opportunity to work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations. The intern will support end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and assisting with onboarding activities. This role provides practical exposure to enterprise-level recruitment functions in a collaborative and professional environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must be pursuing or have completed BCom, BBA, or BMS. The candidate must have secured a CGPA of 7 or above. The applicant must not have any dead or live backlogs, and all examinations should be cleared in one attempt. The candidate must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Recommendation Letter from their college. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Gurgaon.

Interns will: Sourcing and screening resumes as per hiring requirements. Coordinating with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams. Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Managing employee tracking portals and interview scheduling. Assisting with documentation and onboarding of candidates.
