This Internship is designed for individuals who can independently manage hiring outcomes end-to-end while operating at high recruiter capacity. Interns will typically handle multiple open roles across varying complexity levels, ensuring strong quality of hire, timely closures, and a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong discipline in ATS management, proactive stakeholder communication, and consistent AI adoption to improve hiring speed and efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience. Candidates should have experience hiring for Product and Engineering roles. Applicants must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office approximately two days per week. Applicants must have strong experience sourcing through job boards. Candidates should be highly comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining strict ATS hygiene. Applicants must be comfortable using AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity and demonstrate willingness to integrate AI into daily workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bangalore.
