Support and monitor the background verification process.

Provide regular onboarding updates to recruiters and business managers.

Maintain data accuracy and reporting for pre-employment verification.

Manage campus placement activities and institutional coordination.

Assist with Day-1 induction presentations.

Handle vendor management, payments, and expense provisioning.

Prepare and circulate recruitment MIS reports and dashboards.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and recruitment process frameworks.
