The Technical Support Intern role is a full-time, 6-month internship based in Bangalore under the Engineering department. The intern will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, troubleshoot integration issues, and provide high-quality technical support. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to APIs, SDK integrations, SQL troubleshooting, and real-world product environments while contributing to customer satisfaction and platform enhancement.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must possess strong communication and written skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. The applicant should have good knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write queries for troubleshooting and data analysis. The applicant must understand REST APIs, HTTP methods (GET, POST, etc.), authentication mechanisms, and JSON. The applicant should be familiar with API testing tools such as Postman or similar tools. The applicant must have basic knowledge of Python scripting for automation or data analysis. The applicant should demonstrate strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. The applicant must be flexible to work in shifts or off-hours if required. Exposure to Mobile SDKs (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native), Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript), or Git is preferred but not mandatory. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Assist customers with technical queries via email, chat, calls, and other support channels. Troubleshoot issues related to APIs, Web SDKs, and Mobile SDK integrations. Analyze API requests, responses, logs, and error codes to identify root causes. Use tools like Postman to reproduce and debug integration issues. Write and execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve data-related concerns. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and customer interactions in internal knowledge bases. Assist in preparing technical documentation, FAQs, and integration guides. Support validation of fixes and basic testing where required. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.
