Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be eligible for Microsoft’s Neurodiversity Hiring Program. Candidates should be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. Applicants must have at least one additional semester or quarter of academic study remaining after completing the internship. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in technology and consulting. Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are preferred. Certifications in delivery or project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Change Management are an added advantage. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Contribute to the pre-sales process by providing technical inputs aligned with business requirements. Participate in customer and partner meetings to understand business challenges and solution needs. Assist in defining customer requirements and technical constraints. Identify project risks and issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them. Support adoption and consumption of Microsoft cloud and technology solutions. Develop and leverage intellectual property (IP) for project tasks. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall engagement experience.
