As a User Research Intern, you will assist in understanding user behavior, motivations, and challenges through structured research and analysis. This internship offers hands-on exposure to research methodologies, data interpretation, product collaboration, and insight-driven decision-making in a fast-growing ed-tech environment. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and cross-functional teams, contributing directly to product enhancements that impact students worldwide. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Or any related field. Skills & Knowledge: Curiosity about human behavior and user-centric problem solving Basic exposure to research methods such as interviews, usability testing, or surveys (academic or professional). Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bengalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Support research studies through user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and desk research. Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing qualitative & quantitative data. Identify patterns, user pain points, and actionable insights. Present key findings in a clear, structured, and visually understandable way. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to integrate research insights into product improvements. Contribute to documentation, research reports, and presentations. Stay updated with the latest user research tools, trends, and best practices.
