As part of the Product Operations and Learning Team, you will contribute to creating high-quality documentation for Epicor products. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Testers to produce guides, how-to articles, and process walkthroughs that support Epicor’s global customers.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Fresh graduates (Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Education, or related field). Strong command of oral & written English. Proficiency in Microsoft Word or similar publishing tools. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, WalkMe, or Storyline 360 is a plus. Bonus Skills: Graphic design, HTML basics, CMS familiarity, content development tools. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Learn about Epicor’s products and their customer use cases. Develop and maintain documentation for Epicor Learning (guides, how-to docs, walkthroughs). Simplify technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language. Work across multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams. Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness for customer support.
