Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with staffing vendors and third-party partners. Act as the primary contact for vendor performance, issue resolution, and escalations. Conduct governance meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Staffing Operations: Oversee fulfilment of staffing requirements across business units. Ensure adherence to SLAs for profile submission, interview-to-offer ratios, onboarding, and compliance. Track and report staffing metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost per hire). Process & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, contracts, and compliance standards. Collaborate with procurement and legal teams for contracts, extensions, and renewals. Implement and optimize staffing processes. Strategic Initiatives: Forecast demand and plan vendor capacity with leadership. Optimize vendor portfolio by evaluating performance and identifying preferred partners. Drive cost optimization and process efficiency through innovative strategies.
