Redington Foundation Sahayog Scholarship 2025
The Redington Foundation, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, has partnered with the Vidyasaarathi portal to offer the Sahayog Scholarship. This program aims to support students from economically weaker sections, especially children of truck drivers and students from specific regions or colleges, to pursue undergraduate education without financial barriers. The scholarship is not applicable to employees of Redington Ltd. or their children. It promotes educational access and excellence by offering financial support to help students achieve their academic and career aspirations.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: For Fresh Applicants (UG – General/Truck Drivers): Applicant Photo Proof of Identity Proof of Address Proof of Income Student Bank Passbook/Kiosk 10th & 12th Marksheet Current Year Fee Receipt/Structure Bonafide Certificate from Institution Latest College Marksheet (Except 1st Year Students) Parent’s Driving License (for truck driver category) Optional: PAN Card For Renewal Applicants: Proof of Income Student Bank Passbook/Kiosk Previous Year Marksheet Current Year Fee Receipt/Structure Bonafide Certificate from Institution Optional: PAN Card Note: All documents uploaded must be clear and in .jpeg or .png file format only.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must have scored a minimum of 60% marks in Class 12. The applicant must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate course in any stream from an institution recognized by AICTE/NAAC/UGC/Government. The annual family income of the applicant should be less than 5,00,000. This scholarship is open to all genders. The applicant must have a valid bank account in their name. For the Children of Truck Drivers Scholarship, preference will be given to students from Gummidipoondi (Tamil Nadu) and Uluberia (West Bengal). For the General UG Students Scholarship, the applicant must be studying at: Sri SRNM College, Satur Sanakara Arts & Science College, Kancheepuram SDNB Vaishnav College, Chrompet, Chennai SCSVMV University, Kancheepuram For Renewal Scholarship, applicants must have received the Redington Foundation scholarship in the previous year and should belong to one of the following locations: Uluberia (West Bengal) Barpeta (Assam) Vizag (Andhra Pradesh) Tumkur (Karnataka) Faridabad (Haryana) Virudhunagar (Tamil Nadu)
