Vyasakabi Fakirmohan Bhasabruti Scholarship 2026
The Odisha Vyasakabi Fakirmohan Bhasabruti Scholarship 2026 is offered by the Odisha Higher Education Department to support meritorious students pursuing undergraduate (Plus 3) and postgraduate (M.A.) studies in Odia. This Scholarship aims to promote higher education in the Odia language and encourage academic excellence among students in Odisha. Selected candidates will receive financial assistance of 20,000 per year for UG students and 30,000 per year for PG students. The Scholarship can be availed only once in a year and applications must be submitted online through the official state scholarship portal.

Applicants submit the following documents: Aadhaar Card Residence Certificate Passport Size Photograph College ID Card Marksheet of Last Examination Passed
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha. The applicant must belong to General, SC, ST, OBC, SEBC, or EBC category. The applicant applying for Plus 3 (UG) Odia must have secured at least 70% marks in Plus 2 examination. The applicant applying for M.A. Odia must have secured at least 60% marks in Odia (Honors) in Plus 3. The applicant can avail the Scholarship only once. The applicant may apply irrespective of applying for or availing any other departmental scholarship scheme.
